Order fulfilment
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. We aim to dispatch all orders fulfilled via our online store the same week they are placed (unless they are a pre-order) and you’ll receive a notification once your order has been fulfilled.
If you have pre-ordered an item, we will dispatch your order on or before the publication date shown on the product page. If the publication date changes from the one advertised, we’ll inform customers as soon as possible.
If you order from a location outside the UK, you will be liable to pay any additional customs charges that may be due on your order.
Cancellation, returns, and refunds policy
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund. We may ask you to post your copy back to us if it has already been dispatched, in which case you will be liable to pay any postage charges.
If your book arrives damaged, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days from the point the order was fulfilled. We may ask for evidence of damage in the form of a photograph. We reserve the right to decline a refund if damage is minimal, e.g. minor scuff marks or turned pages.
